Questions people actually ask
Will it really stay free for founding members?
Everything is free while the first thousand accounts settle in. Before any charge ever applies to you, the price appears in the app and you decide. There is no card on file, so nothing can be charged quietly — that's by design, not by promise.
How does auto-renewal work when I do subscribe?
You authorise it once, when you subscribe, and you see the amount and date first. Your bank or UPI app notifies you before each charge. Cancelling — Profile → Premium → Cancel subscription — stops the next charge and you keep Gold until the paid term ends. No email, no phone call, no retention script.
What if I meet someone and leave?
That's the point of the app. Cancel in two taps, or delete your account entirely — here's exactly what gets erased. We'd rather you leave happy and tell your cousins.
Why is verification free if it costs you money?
Because charging for it would mean unverified profiles exist. One fake profile does more damage than a thousand verifications cost.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. UPI Autopay, cards and net banking are supported. TrulyWisely never sees or stores your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials. Refunds are covered, in plain language, on the refunds and cancellation page.
