Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Keyakash Technologies, Rainmakers Coworking Space, JP Nagar 3rd Phase, Bangalore, Karnataka 560078, India ("we", "us"), covering your use of the TrulyWisely app and this website. By creating an account you accept them.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 or older.
• You must be legally permitted to enter this agreement.
• You must not have been removed from TrulyWisely previously.
• You must not be a convicted sex offender.

2. Your account

One account per person. Keep access to your email secure — anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. Everything on your profile must be truthful, and the photos must be of you.

3. What you may not do

The community guidelines are part of these terms. In particular, you may not:

• Impersonate anyone, or use photos that are not of you
• Harass, threaten, stalk or abuse anyone
• Post sexually explicit content, or content involving minors
• Ask other users for money, or promote a business or service
• Solicit commercial sex, or engage in trafficking of any kind
• Share another user's private information or images
• Use bots, scrapers or automation against the service
• Attempt to bypass verification, blocking, or any safety control

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules, without refund. Conduct involving minors, coercion or violence is reported to the authorities.

4. Verification

To be visible on TrulyWisely you must pass a live selfie check. Verification confirms that the person in the photos is the person using the account. It is not a background or criminal record check, and it does not mean anyone is safe to meet. Your safety when meeting people is your responsibility.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• Premium is optional. The core app is free.
• Prices are shown in the app before you pay and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Premium renews automatically until cancelled. You authorise this when you subscribe.
• You may cancel at any time in the app. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are covered in our refunds and cancellation policy.
• We may change prices, but never for a term you have already paid for, and we will tell you before a renewal at a new price.

6. Content you post

Your photos and words remain yours. You grant us a licence to host and display them for the purpose of operating TrulyWisely, which ends when you delete the content or your account — except for copies we must retain for a safety investigation or by law.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from within the app or via this page. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, or where required by law.

8. No guarantee of outcome

We provide a service for meeting people. We do not promise matches, and we do not promise that any relationship will result. Horoscope compatibility is offered because our users value it culturally; it is not advice, and we make no claim that it predicts anything.

9. Liability

TrulyWisely is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of other users, whether online or in person. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app before taking effect. Continuing to use TrulyWisely afterwards means you accept them.
